Another ATV related tragedy occured Sunday evening in Georgia Vermont where two ATV riders were killed when the vehicle hit a tree. Personal injury attorney Ed Van Dorn says ATV accidents involving serious injury and death are all too common in the North Country. It seems that many riders don't fully appreciate the danger associated with these recreational vehicles.

When riding an ATV safety concerns should be axiomatic. In plain English when anyone is riding on an ATV safety should always be the first thing riders think about. Helmets, reasonable speed, knowledge of the terrain are all important aspects of ATV safety. Avoiding serious personal injury or death can be accomplished by thinking safety first.
