Our personal injury clients want to know whether their cases will settle or will they have to go to court. Because of our extensive experience in handling hundreds of personal injury claims we are generally able to predict what will happen. While each case is different our experience and track record gives us some valuable information.

Statistically over 90% of our cases settle without having an actual trial. So the odds are that your case will settle too. That does not mean that we depend on settlement to resolve your claim. Our philosophy is to prepare every case as if it is going to trial. This way when we do negotiate a settlement the insurance companies and defense law firms know that if they do not pay a fair settlement that we are ready, willing and able to take your case to the jury for decision. This gives us and you a distinct advantage at the negotiating table and helps insure that you will achieve the maximum settlement available.
